Master’s Short Bio

An international educator and a published international author, Bhakti holds Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering (B.E) and in Education (B.Ed.). She has also completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the University of Cumbria, UK. 

Bhakti has seven years of international teaching experience as an IB and IGCSE Design educator and as a design consultant across Asia and Europe. She closely works with the International Baccalaureate Organisation within various capacities such as Building Quality Curriculum Reviewer, Examiner, and the IB Curriculum developer. In 2019, she published her first international title for the IB Diploma Program Design technology students with Extend Education, UK. She has also been awarded as the “100 inspirational women of the year 2021” by the I Can Foundation, India for her outstanding contributions to society. Bhakti has always been keen to develop collaborative networks worldwide to keep up to date with a unique and wide range of pedagogical teaching practices taking place in other parts of the world. She has conducted various teacher training and student career guidance sessions across the globe. In addition to the above, she is a Global School Program advocate in Portugal, a Keynote speaker for K.I.T.E.S education, Mentor at Mentor Together, and a teacher volunteer for Teach for India and E-vidyaloka.
